I show. Up once in a while, I see a different waitress and then I go to the bathroom and there's a kid with weird black hair, never even washed his hands. And I heard it was the owner's son, I don't think this is gonna work out for me anymore. And I just don't understand the turnover on waitresses, managing scream.

We don’t go out much but I wanted a good breakfast, two people $48.00 plus 20% tip. The atmosphere is great, staff friendly and has a family feel, which is super nice. The coffee is not good and for me that is a deal breaker for breakfast. The pancakes themselves are outstanding, but you need to do them as take out. I say this because they make what appears to be a Karo syrup and sugar concoction, I assume to save money and it is soooo bad. They would be better to offer real syrup for a dollar or two more. I took mine home because I couldn’t eat it with that, and added my own syrup and it was great. However, I could have just done take out and avoided having to pay a tip and make my own coffee, which is 100 times better. They do have a case of wonderful desserts. I may go for lunch again, but not breakfast in the future.

My husband and I love there desserts and since we live close by so we order it for pick up. My husband got a brownie sundae and I got a slice of cake. He found three pieces of either broken glass, or hard broken plastic almost choked and didn’t feel comfortable finishing the rest. The plastic quart container it came in was not broken, so we’re not sure where that came from.

Just wish they had at least one dessert dairy-free. Otherwise, always like coming here.
Had an issue with my food tonight - I’m super picky and a modification was missed. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager Krystina came over to help. She assured me that she would handle the issue. She came back out with the correct order and made sure it was correct for me and I was happy. I’ve never had bad service here and I’ve been coming here for 10+ years.

Saw the manager being extremely rude to staff, practically yelling at a server for no apparent reason. No wonder why there’s different staff every visit. Wait time and quality suffer as consequence.
Advice to the owner would be to get new management and maybe I’ll start seeing familiar faces.

It was clear that the owner has become complacent and indifferent to customers. Rather than showing professionalism or concern, we experienced arrogance, defensiveness, and a refusal to acknowledge obvious mistakes. This kind of attitude damages trust and reflects very poorly on the business.

Ordered a cup of soup to go...brought me a bowl....when I questioned it the waitress insisted this was only size available (not true).....Ordered grilled tuna.....what I received was tuna on toast with melted cheese....again when I questioned it the waitress said that was a grilled tuna.....btw I had grilled tuna at this establishment numerous times and got a grilled tuna.....waitress did not come around to check on my table of 4. We frequent this establishment monthly. Things have gone down hill quickly.
