Food seems expensive, and customer service was not that great the way I usually get, might be for snow day or something. I don't know,felt like taste didn't help me as well!
We don’t go out much but I wanted a good breakfast, two people $48.00 plus 20% tip. The atmosphere is great, staff friendly and has a family feel, which is super nice. The coffee is not good and for me that is a deal breaker for breakfast. The pancakes themselves are outstanding, but you need to do them as take out. Had an issue with my food tonight - I’m super picky and a modification was missed. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager Krystina came over to help. She assured me that she would handle the issue. She came back out with the correct order and made sure it was correct for me and I was happy. I’ve never had bad service here and I’ve been coming here for 10+ years.
