Just discovered this great little place. Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, and delicious, very reasonably priced food. We had the veggie omelette and the chorizo burrito with coffees and we were very pleased. Will definitely be back!
What a neat place! Every aspect of our meal was positive. Artwork, a jazz theme combined with tasty food and good service. Even small things like coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice were a cut above. If we lived in Wallingford, we would be regulars.

A Train Cafe is a great little place with friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere. The charming and beautiful interior feels super cozy. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Meals mentioned include the veggie omelette, the chorizo burrito, chicken marsala, roasted potatoes, the blt on a bagel, omelet with toast and potatoes, and the chicken quinoa bowl. The coffee, espresso, and fresh squeezed orange juice are a cut above. Specialty baked goods are made there or nearby. The trays of food are packed full of amazing flavors and are great for meal prep. The owner is exceptionally friendly and accommodating to requests. Artwork and a jazz theme add to the experience. This hidden jem is highly recommended for breakfast and lunch.
