We were traveling for work and the hotel suggested we check out Pig Rig. We were not disappointed! The BBQ baked beans were awesome. It is kind of unfair to just call them baked beans, there is so much going on that it could be the entree by itself. Whatever you get make sure that bbq baked beans is one of them. Can’t say enough good things about the food truck. We used it for our daughter’s 1 year birthday party. Guests loved it! A bit pricey - but you get what you pay for. They provide very large portions! The service was phenomenal - very personable. As the hosts - we really didn’t have to lift a finger. We just enjoyed the party!
