I’m a regular here and the staff is wonderful. Please be patient, as they are understaffed. The quality of their food is too-notch. And, at least by local standards, their sandwiches are reasonably-priced. I offen grab a to-go sandwich and eat it quietly on a rock along the nearby Shepaug River. Thank you, everybody at The Pantry!
The pantry continues to provide wonderful food, whether it is a quick muffin, sandwich or a catered order. The food is fresh, delicious and well presented. I enjoy the friendly smiles and careful attention paid when I have placed a special holiday order.
The food is excellent and the service outstanding! And the bakery items are wonderful. The chocolate toffee oatmeal cookie is so very tasty. The menu has a great variety of dishes.

The Pantry - Restaurant & Bakery is a local gem with a great atmosphere, fantastic food, and lovely staff. Their gourmet sandwiches, specifically the smoked salmon, are a highlight, and their fresh soups and vegetable chili are truly fabulous. This quaint cafe and sundries store also offers a lamb gyro and delicious cookies, with plenty of non-meat options available. The service is so considerate and inviting, and the incredible flavor combinations and overall freshness are outstanding. It is extraordinary in every way.
