I call to specifically ask if they had akee and salt fish the young lady said yes I told her I’m ordering on door dash now gave her my name when my came it was not what I ordered I called and I heard her tell the delivery guy I gave her some else’s order and I like how can we fix this situation she said come in which is so wrong that’s why I used door dash and then while I was speaking she suck her teeth and hang u in my ears that is not good customer service at all and very unacceptable

Bliss Vybz has always had delicious food but I had the pleasure of experiencing the catering services last week and was very pleased! They arrived on time and made sure everything was in place and being appropriately heated before they left. The curried goat and curried chicken were well seasoned and paired well with the white rice. The jerk chicken was authentic, smokey and delicious! The rice and peas and steamed cabbage complimented the meal and soaked up all of the flavors from the the gravies! The salmon bites were the talk of the party! They were so tender and flavorful! The service and attention to detail they provided was outstanding! I definitely recommend them for any event corporate or personal! There is so much more food to try. You will not be disappointed!

My kids and I were on our way back from New Britain, we all decided we wanted Caribbean cuisine. Bliss Vibes was recommended to us. Located in Waterbury. On our way in we received a warm welcome. Let me tell you I am big fan of good customer service and they were wonderful. We ordered Oxtail, fry chicken and escovitch fish /w rice and beans. Etc. We got a good portion and a good price too. The food tasted fantastic. Our Food did not take long at all. My fish was prepared upon order I love that as well. My son said his food was absolutely delicious!!. Thank you Bliss Vibes, and thank you for your good customer service. I really highly recommend this restaurant.

The oxtail with rice and peas here is absolutely amazing! The oxtail is tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—just the right amount of heat. The gravy is rich and complements the meat perfectly. The rice and peas are fluffy, with a creamy coconut richness that ties it all together. Generous portions and friendly service. Highly recommend!

My chicken was raw and you can taste that the grease it was fried in was old. Plantain was no good and fritters taste old. I spent damn near $40 and drove over 30 mins to be disappointed. Never had this problem when it was Berties

I ordered food for delivery and this nasty employee calls me minutes later trying to confirm my email because he suspects it is a scam? I confirmed all my personal details with him and he was still very nasty, cancelled my ordered and hung up on me. Is this how you guys treat customers?
