Stanley (El Bory) Food Truck LLc serves seasoned food that satisfies lovers of Puerto Rican cuisine. The chicharones are boneless and good, while the sauce for beans is light but has good flavors. The jibarito sandwich goes clutch, the steak or tripleta versions, and chicken quesadillas, empanadillas, alcapurrias, and alcapurria are flavorful. Parking is right next to the location, free and convenient. The chef is definitely doing his thing, the papa's locas are amazing, with fries buried but crunchy, customers plan to return.
