“My kids and I were on our way back from New Britain, we all decided we wanted Caribbean cuisine. Bliss Vibes was recommended to us. Located in Waterbury.
On our way in we received a warm welcome. Let me tell you I am big fan of good customer service and they were wonderful.
We ordered Oxtail, fry chicken and escovitch fish /w rice and beans. Etc.
We got a good portion and a good price too.
The food tasted fantastic. Our Food did not take long at all. My fish was prepared upon order I love that as well.
My son said his food was absolutely delicious!!.

“Delicious jerk chicken and brisket! The chicken in particular was cooked beautifully and had great heat and flavor. We got the combo platter at the Continuum event yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't get a chance to come over myself to say hello since I was inside, but I'm glad my husband and I got to enjoy the BBQ for lunch. See you guys again!“

“First time ever going into J’Stax.I felt instantly welcomed.The aroma of flavors was amazing. Food was fresh from the kitchen as I was ordering my food. The lady who served me was very patient and kind, so were the customers. They helped me out ordering since I wasn’t 100% sure of what I wanted everything looked amazing. And the taste of the jerk chicken, ox tails and curry chicken was absolutely incredible. Chef’s kiss honestly the meat was tender and full of flavors. Definitely will be returning soon.“

“Such a great new spot, and absolutely delicious! We got a falafel and a chicken gyro, both tasted great and very fresh. The staff were kind and patient and gave us great recommendations - all together a great experience! Food was also reasonably priced given the quality and amount. We took ours to-go, but they have a small amount of indoor seating as well. Would highly recommend!“
