“Delicious jerk chicken and brisket! The chicken in particular was cooked beautifully and had great heat and flavor. We got the combo platter at the Continuum event yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't get a chance to come over myself to say hello since I was inside, but I'm glad my husband and I got to enjoy the BBQ for lunch. See you guys again!“

“My kids and I were on our way back from New Britain, we all decided we wanted Caribbean cuisine. Bliss Vibes was recommended to us. Located in Waterbury.
On our way in we received a warm welcome. Let me tell you I am big fan of good customer service and they were wonderful.
We ordered Oxtail, fry chicken and escovitch fish /w rice and beans. Etc.
We got a good portion and a good price too.
The food tasted fantastic. Our Food did not take long at all. My fish was prepared upon order I love that as well.
My son said his food was absolutely delicious!!.

“Today was my first time eating here and I have to say, it brought me back to the days I would walk down Nostrand Ave and get a plate from the Ras. My son had the jerk chicken and I had the oxtail. It’s nice to have the good island food so close to home again. And it’s nice that my son can enjoy the foods of his culture so close. The only word he said when eating was Mmmmmmmm :)“
