Nice atmosphere and vibes food is good just need a little more spice and sauce I wanted that scotch bonnet kick but didn't get maybe next time
Been going there since they opened....Good people...good food.. never disappoint...

Caribbean Spice & Grill is one of the newest Caribbean spots in Waterbury. The food is authentic and consistently good, with made to order dishes recommended. Guests enjoy a warm welcome, and the fry chicken, jerk chicken, rice and beans with cabbage, and potato pudding are highlights. The atmosphere is peaceful, prices are decent, and a rental hall next door hosts events. Catering is also available.
