I have 3 kids 4 and under. I visit CT a lot from MD and we need a place for the children to get out energy. This is the place. We go when they open and the kids have the run of the place while it is still clean from opening. The team there is great! We stay for abotu 2 hours and leave as the rush comes in. Food is too expensive and doesn't even taste good place gets overly packed parents don't watch their kids need better management and structure shouldn't be so expensive

I had my daughters 4th bday party here.. My daughter loved it so much. Its always a fun place to go for the little ones. Our hostess name was Taj. And omg she was amazing! So sweet and made my little girls day amazing!

Very disappointing.... Only one ticket machine was working, many games were out of tickets, with some not working completely. Not to mention, they don’t accept reward calendars which was a bummer for my children.

Look, I am not gonna come back until you fix the show. This location is my CHILDHOOD and it makes me very calm and happy when I see my animatronic friends working. If you don't fix the show at all, I'm going to have to find a new location to visit.
It was ok. No one to help with machine malfunctions.

The employees were friendly and accommodating to the last minute party for my daughter. I didn't have a lot of guests but we did bring a lot of stuff and kinda got a lot of confetti on the floor that they swept up with no complaints. Granted it costs a lot of money for food n drinks and time but the staff were very respectful and good with kids, very eager to help us have a good experience. This was back in October and im just now leaving my review but I would gladly being my family here again and again.
