SO 🏮 DELICIOUS 🍤. This is not your average Chinese food restaurant. The owners are super nice, the food is tasty and fresh, the atmosphere brings you back to 1993 (that's a compliment btw 😂). I've now devoured the orange chicken combo, the sesame chicken combo, the crab rangoon, and tried my wife's General Tao's Chicken. I am constantly impressed. Now here's the thing ... the rice HITS. Fried rice these days is usually forgettable, either super oily or just tastes old....read full review
Our usual go to place wasn’t open so we tried them out. It is cash only so keep that in mind. The food was good, we got spare ribs and chicken. The eggroll was so dry though. Not a crispy fried tasting dry either. I did have a piece of plastic in mine but I’m hoping it popped off of the container or something when I was pouring onto my plate.
I’m originally from NYC and was craving some Chinese food but was nervous about how it might taste here in CT. I googled Chinese food near me after I finished shopping and this place popped up first with great reviews so I said let’s give it a try. So glad I took the leap of faith!! The food was very fresh, tasty and a great portion. I will definitely be returning to try another one of my NYC favorites.
