The pizza itself was fine, but the pickup time was not honored. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:45, my wife arrived at 5:40, and it still wasn’t ready until 6:05. I understand that kitchens get busy, but when a delay happens, offering a comp or substantial discount would go a long way as a gesture of goodwill. Customers’ time matters, especially when they have kids waiting at home.

Ordered a small pizza today. Plain cheese. When I got home and opened the box the pizza didn't look right to me. Looked like it was pre-made or something to that effect. I began to eat it, and wow!!! What a disappointment!! It tasted like a frozen pizza. Now I can't get the taste out of my mouth and usually that's not a bad thing but this tasted more like a dessert than a pizza. It was super sweet. Dont know what they changed but I will never be going back there again

I have been getting my pizza at Domenic and Vinnie forever and it never varies always great, but I ordered my favorite large pizza on 10/31 and was the worst I have ever had. Has Something Changed, it 2as thin, sauce was burnt, and very dry very disappointed.

We dined in with 3 adults and four kids. We had Demi as our server, she was wonderful, quick and very accommodating!
Mashed potato pizza was about 7/10 , cheese was 10/10!!!!

$28 for ONLY a cheese pizza is ridiculous.. Didn't tell me the price when the order was placed.. I'll NEVER order from there again.. People are tellin me to try Pizza Castle.. That will be my next try
