New favorite Dominican spot in Waterbury!! 🇩🇴 Better flavor than Via Al Paraiso. I used to go there all the time for Dominican food, however, this place has better flavor in my opinion (I tried their shrimp mofongo, pernil, and saltfish). Also, Via Al Paraiso is so stingy with their shrimp 🍤 with the shrimp mofongo...this place is NOT!! A much better portion for the money!!

El Encanto Restaurant serves amazing food that is incredibly filling and tasty. The staff is super kind, helpful, and provides great friendly service. The atmosphere is lively, although it can get a bit loud. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms. Vegan options are available, and the staff is accommodating with special orders.
