The owner was so kind and made us churros fresh and they are so crispy and delicious. It's a nice cozy break from the chaos of waterbury. Possibly my new favorite Mexican bakery, but I'll have to try more and see. The prices are good and I will definitely be coming back

Excellent little hole in the wall, we each had a torta, it was like an entire brunch on a sandwich, incredibly filling. The staff was really nice and friendly. It has a charming homemade interior. It’s quickly become one of our go to places in Waterbury.

huge portions of meat but dry and flavorless. Water down salsas and lot of hair in food had to return to store for refund.
Got the birria and slow cooked beef tacos both were really good. The large jamaican aguas frescas was HUGE and really good too. Ingredients taste fresh especially the slow cooked beef you can tell it’s not processed meat definitely coming back

An absolute hidden gem! My family and I had the most incredible dining experience here. The Pollo de la Mexicana is beyond exceptional – bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Tres Leches cake was pure bliss, moist and decadent. The warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with the friendly staff, made our visit unforgettable. This place is a culinary treasure, and we can’t wait to return! Highly, highly recommend!
