I used to like this place to eat with my family, but now that they are new owners, the truth is the food has changed too much. Now they sent me the burnt rice, the tortillas for the tacos were burnt, the meat is too dry, not spicy, and the bread for the cakes was burnt. The worst thing is that when you go to place the order, they answer you on the phone with a bad attitude. I won't buy again. in this place.

My spouse tried to do something nice for me cuz my favorite food is Mexican and stopped there to get me a burrito. They were wrapped in tin foil and not in a container which is not sufficient first of all and I wanted steak but no, got hamburger meat. What bothers me most is that they loaded it with rice. It. Was spilling out as soon as I opened it, it's a filler. Very disappointed since we hardly ever go out to eat. No cheese just rice and crappy hamburger I could have made myself and they gave us 1 tiny (minute) container of some weird sauce that was too spicy. But what pisses me off the most was the rice (FILLER) THAT WAS pouring out of the terrible packaging that they sent him home with. AWFUL

Just ordered 8 burritos from here and I am so surprised they each weigh 1.5+ lbs!!! That's insane!!! The owner, Señor Maximo, was very kind and nice and gave me some free food and free cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough but it's the nice gestures and acts of kindness that are appreciated! I eat here every time I pass by Waterbury and the food is always excellent and very delicious! I love small and local restaurants like this! Thank you so much for the delicious and amazing food and wonderful service!!!

I’ll start with this. We order from here once a week. It’s our favorite place and we tell all of our friends and family. Every other time I would rate 5 stars but today the food came and I had to double check that we didn’t order from the wrong place. The tacos were completely different the pastor tacos had different meat, were smaller and had less meat in them, and they now had pineapple (not having pineapple on the pork tacos was my favorite thing about them) rice was basically just plain and dry white rice and canned black beans put in a container. I don’t know if there are new owners or what but I’m BEGGING PLEASE go back to the way it was i am so devastated.

The place was clean and lively with plants. The food, AMAZING!!!! I got the tostadas. And dang! The dish was a feast in itself three is enough. And the the dessert, mangoneadas, delicious. ❤️❤️❤️ The food was authentic goodness!
