As newcomers to Waterbury, we've been on the lookout for ethnic restaurants. We found this little corner Dominican restaurant called El Encanto near Route 8 in Waterbury. It's 3 blocks up the road from a better known Dominican restaurant, La Cazuela. We liked El Encanto more for several reasons.
