I like the food.. it's great. Portions are on the small side. It's not fast food though! Each entree is made to order and fresh. I haven't had one order that wasn't good.. only one mix up on an order but it was an honest mistake as they were very busy. I can't find the words for such a splendiferous experience a Chineese/Japaneese restaurant on wheels! "You mean mexican!?" I said "no! Like sushi!" She said "you mean like tacos" I said "NO!! LIKE SUSHI HIBACHI & EGG ROLLS THAT WE CAN AFFORD! " NUH UH! but YUH HUH!!!! IN A TRUCK!

Delicious hibachi, perfect portions, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Oishi in Coffeyville. I recommend coming here to get hibachi and sushi. Best in Coffeyville Kansas.
