It was my first time today there and the food was great! The customer service was awesome too! I'm not from CT and I'm not used to good customer service, but everyone there was super friendly and I will definitely come back.
Frankies is fantastic.
The location on Reidville drive is the best one. The only thing that would make this place better is if they had eggs. Adding eggs to their burgers would be perfection.
Either way, they have fantastic dogs and burgers. Good variety of toppings as well.
Staff is attentive and quick.

I have always been a fan of Frankie’s but I’ve come to appreciate the rigor with which they conduct their business. The order is always 100% accurate, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. You really cannot go wrong!
