The BEST IN WATERBURY. Always Fresh rice and big portions. NEVER NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. Eating their food over 14 YEARS.
My husband and I have been eating at Highland Garden for years. It's always wonderful, and the staff is always very friendly. I marked the atmosphere as low because there is no dine in.
The food is always good and fresh here. I think if I could change anything, it would be to make the chicken fingers less doughy and that's why they got a 4 and not a 5 star. Other than that, they have always considered my requests, such as no sauces or maybe cook the chicken fingers till they're dark. I highly recommend this place. I have never been disappointed.
