The atmosphere is nice, and the pancakes are perfect, with friendly and quick service from staff like Jeneese. However, some visits may experience rushed service or less satisfying meals, such as burnt onions and mushrooms or dry chicken in a chicken sandwich. The restaurant was out of gluten-free pancake and waffle batter during one visit. Occasionally, there may be inattentiveness to orders or rude behavior from staff, and a staff member might watch customers closely. Overall, IHOP remains a good spot for great tasting pancakes and other foods, with convenient hours and reasonable prices.
