Man, there’s not a lot of good Jamaican food in the Waterbury area. The food here was amazing. The taste, quality and quantity was more than what I bargained for. Price is good too. I’ll always come back. Love the lady that’s cooking it up.
This is the best Jamaican soul food restaurant you've never heard of. You don't go in to sit down and eat and enjoy the atmosphere; you go in and experience the wonderful woman that is Laverne and her food. She's the only person I've eaten Jamaican food from in the past year and she deserves to be recognized. If you're in the area, drop by and tell her I sent you :)
