I’ve been to a lot of Spanish restaurants I’m Spanish. But this place rights here🤮 Food was super salty (chicharon specifically) potato balls meat was cold inside🤦🏻‍♀️ the rice just gross $44 spent on complete TRASH. Basura.

I order from Uber Eats
Everything was good
Food was fresh
Only problem i had was they made chicken wings for pollo guisado
Not even big ones
Very small ones.
Who ever uses chicken wings as pollo for a guisado?
I found that very odd and weird
But overall food was good.
My wife enjoyed the Pernil

Since I cannot give zero (0) stars I had to give this place 1 star. I placed a delivery order thru their website. I received the confirmation email that Uber would deliver my order with a link to track it. I saw when the driver went to the restaurant to pick-up the food and then- nothing. I could not see the driver anymore so I called the restaurant to see what happened. I was told by someone named Angelica that she sent the driver away because she did not see my order thru Uber. When I tell her that I placed the order thru their site she asks me to hold on as I listen to her actually find it, reads my name from the order, and reads the order back to me. Because I had requested a “large” of the food order, she then begins to say that she may not have enough of one of the items. Since she had already sent the driver away and she may not have a full amount of what I want- I asked her to cancel the order. She say ok- in about 2 minutes you will receive something confirming the cancellation. About 20 minutes pass and no notice of cancellation- instead I get a call from Angelica asking if I want her to send me the order. I said no and that I never received my cancellation confirmation. She says that she has now cancelled it twice and that she could not do anything else. I will never be ordering from here again and plan to dispute the charge that still appears on my card.

So today i gave this restaurant 1 Star based on customer service this was the second time my experience was not good , the 2 women there were not very welcoming and had attitudes , the food is ok very mediocre not sure ile come back as to attitude is everything.
