Lourdes Creole Restaurant is unbelievably great, very delicious cuisine--highly recommend their party buffet meals!!
In college I dated a Haitian man and was introduced to the cuisine. His mother’s cooking was INCREDIBLE. The flavors, the presentation, the cleanliness…all impressive. They were from Stamford. Living in Bristol, I had never experienced food like that…nor could I find it anywhere in this general area.
