food is the best in waterbury i promise you nice and clean and the food come out fresh and hot every time i can’t wait until they open at 10am i eat there every day? i love this restaurant

Unfortunately, mofongo is sancochao. Not fried. They don't add pork rinds, the fried meat is mongo, and they don't give you broth, they simply add broth from the stews they have.
