Everytime I go to the Starbucks on West Main Street I'm totally disgusted. They never have dark roast the do sometimes a pour over but my coffee is always cold. This branch us horrible.
My fav Starbucks!Staff are always great friendly, Tries to get your order promptly it’s a very busy establishment in a very busy street. With great patience and attitude goes a long way.

I just waned to say that the morning crew are amazing, fast and kind! Which is nice to get that kind of service in the morning when you are on the go! The store manager didn't seem like they wanted to be bother when I came in but luckily the rest of the staff welcomed me with happy smiles and made my order correctly. That is why I gave the place 5 stars due to the morning staff!
