Literally just waited in the drivethru for 20 minutes. Finally got my coffee and it was watered down. Went through the drivethru because I had my two disabled children with me. If they weren't with me, I would have brought the coffee back inside. Complete joke.

I ordered a small tea. Waited in the drive through for over 10 mins. I was the only car in line. My tea sat on the counter for several mins while I watched the associates chat about. Then when she finally came to the window and I asked why it took so long she had no answer. I gave her the exact change and she purposely moved slower to antagonize me. Literally the worst Starbucks in Waterbury.

When I went to pick up from the window I noticed the coffee was the wrong size and just let the barista know. She let out a big sigh and called over someone else, who said I needed to pay the difference, which was totally fine. When the new coffee came out, it was blatantly clear the old grande was poured into a venti cup (only part of the cold foam was on top/HUGE gap at top of cup). The Women handed it to me and closed the window! Literally just drove away, mind blown. Whoever the short curly brown haired/blonde hair bun women are working the drivethru on 1/18/25 between 9:00a-9:30a find a job where you don’t interact with people, you’re awful!

I had asked for light ice in my drink because Starbucks tends to fill their cups with ice and sell water to their customers. When I got to the window yet again they filled the cup with ice In my drink. I went inside and the supervisor was very aggressive with slamming things because she had to make the drink again and was horrible when I asked who her manager was. She got very condescending and asked me if could relay a message and I most certainly did and my message will go up to the very top of her managers. And the audacity that's these 'workers' ask for a tip with their card machines. We know what the question is the baristas DO NOT NEED TO LET US KNOW! When they can't even hand a napkin to their customers through the drive thru, they expect tips for making coffee and handing it to us. I reached my limit and filed a complaint with the district manager. Starbucks seriously needs to reevaluate their system and pay their employees before expecting customers to pay their salaries with tips and train for better customer service. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Especially that disgraceful woman who calls herself a supervisor at the Reidville Dr Starbucks in Waterbury Connecticut. She should absolutely ashamed, she is an embarrassment to herself and to Starbucks.

I wish I could give them negative stars for customer service. I have NEVER been to any establishment where the customer service is so stale and employe s avoid having to talk or help you. I always try to give them another chance, but time and time again they show me why I should give up on them as a business. I can’t count the number of bad experiences I’ve had over the years here since this place happens. Honestly it’s my own fault for thinking they’d change and train their employees better. I’ve worked for both Dunkin and Starbucks and out of every type of job I’ve had from cashier to gym front desk receptionist being a barista was the easiest most simple minded job I’d ever done. There truly is no excuse for this location to have such a lazy, bland and avoidant baristas. 16 year olds work better than some of the grown ass people that work there. You guys have made me start considering Dunkin the nicer coffee chain, and that’s so sad, do better.

I've been a loyal customer at this very specific Starbucks in Waterbury, CT, but my recent visit today was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and arrived at the window at 5:16pm. Upon reaching the window, I was rudely greeted by a barista with red/auburn hair, Serron, who insisted I should have stayed at the ordering speaker to give my name before proceeding. It was an honest mistake, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Instead of informing me kindly, she was rude and dismissive.
What difference does it make if I provide my name at the speaker or the window when my order was already ready at my arrival? While I understand some people are just plain old lazy and can have off days, this kind of attitude towards a customer, especially a regular one, is unacceptable. Starbucks should focus on training staff to be courteous and respectful to ensure a better customer experience. I left feeling very dissatisfied with the service.
