So pleasant and accommodating from the greeting when you enter the store to the wishes for a good day ahead. They honestly make you feel like family here. The service is quick and consistent. The workers here work as a team and make a point to know you by name. They value you not only for your business but you as a person. I order the same item every morning and it tastes spot on. My compliments to the store manager and team. You are all the best. I wouldn’t think of stopping anyplace else but here for my morning espresso treat. Thank you all. This Starbucks is the best.

Starbucks please educate your staff on what goes with what so I bought an Ice gingerbread latte last night from this Starbucks on my mobile app walk in and no whip cream on my latte ok so I waited I told her she forgot the whip cream she’s going to tell me that doesn’t come with whip cream mind you she’s the same person about two weeks ago mess up on a Vanilla café Frappuccino she made a vanilla frap once again it was order from my mobile app I told her that’s the wrong thing I ask for a cafe one she says it comes like that I told her it’s white not a coffee color I pull out my phone and show her the picture she goes and asks somebody how to make it SMH we spend money at Starbucks and expect our order to be good I don’t have time to wait around this is why I order from the app and this is the only one and person to mess up orders and tell you or that don’t come like that. Get it together

The iced pumpkin chai tea is awesome. I really only get teas . So delicious and the service was excellent. They do have a drive through you could also sit inside too. Very nice fairly new built a couple of years ago.

I've been a regular at this Starbucks location for a few months now, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and excellent service. The staff always greets me with a smile and makes my order exactly how I like it. The coffee is consistently fresh, and I love the cozy environment — perfect for catching up on work or relaxing with an old friend. This is definitely my go-to spot.

Everytime i go here the line is 20 minutes minimum and half the time they don’t even have what i want to order - yesterday i waited for 22 minutes specifically with my 5 year old in the mid morning to get an impossible sandwich ( that is the only food my son and i can get from here bc we are dairy free and do not eat meat - i was so excited they actually had it today - once i drove away with my $7 mini sandwich i realized when i bit into it the 2nd time something was wrong - i was very hungry and in a rush - kept biting it - after half the sandwich was gone i realized the meat wasn’t even cooked and it was SLIMY - i stopped eating it - not even an hour later i was pretty sick. that’s all i ate that day. needless to say im done going here!!! they may as well have left friendlys there at least i never got sick there jesus

I had an amazing coffee from Shay!! She definitely put tons of love into it and was the best coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks! She also seemed extremely enthusiastic and funny when I got to the window and said she put in her personal touch on the drink!!
I usually love this Starbucks and I’m really grateful they opened one here — I rarely have issues. However, today I paid extra for oat milk in both of my drinks and barely received any. I politely asked for my cup to be filled with the oat milk I paid for, but they only added a splash again.
Starbucks isn’t cheap, and if I’m being charged for a milk alternative, I expect to actually receive it. My drink looked like someone had already taken a few sips — mostly ice and barely any oat milk. Really disappointing today

I went through the drive through this morning, something that I usually never do and I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks, Shay was incredibly nice with a positive attitude, when I got to the window Shay was there the first thing she did was compliment me, there was a little bit of a wait but she conversated with me and it made the wait feel a lot shorter. This is someone who shows that they enjoy their job and brightens other people days. Despite all the bad interactions I’ve had in the past at this location I would be coming back here now after this interaction.
