Tío Fito Foodtruck is a great family-friendly spot that transports customers to the islands of Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic. The atmosphere is great, with traditional music playing outside and a beautiful patio area that feels like a Puerto Rican chinchorro. The owners are very kind, humble, and definitely care about their customers.
The food is fresh, delicious, and tastes great at the best prices. The menu offers a wide variety, including excellent *pinchos* with barbecue sauce that is a balanced sweetness and tanginess, and deliciously grilled with the perfect balance of char. Their empanadas are stuffed with juicy meat and melted cheese in a perfectly crispy shell. The *alcapurrias* and *Mofongo* are the best. Sides like crispy *tostones* come with yummy mayoketchup and a garlic aioli that elevates the meal. Natural beverages include delicious *Piña colada*, fresh-squeezed juices, frappés, and fantastic lemonade. Family combos in boxes are excellent deals. It is a highly recommended spot where the food brings joy and nostalgia.
