Choosing Via Al Paraiso as a birthday present meal today I am so happy with what I got and spent. The food is amazing, cooked to absolute perfection with love and the service of the restaurant is outstanding, as someone who speaks little Spanish, staff accommodates with google translate, and the atmosphere is amazingly friendly and welcoming with music, strobe lights, they even have a wall dedicated to taking photos. I’ll definitely be back with friends and family!

This place looks really nice from outside and inside too but when I ordered a Cuban sandwich it was possibly the worst I ever had in my life.! Who puts ketchup and lettuce and tomato’s on a Cuban sandwich.!? I also ordered chicharrón de pollo which I was anticipating to be good but no it was dry over cooked and not even a dipping sauce could help it.! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything in the world.!

The owner denied me an extra plastic spoon when asked. I work in the area and frequently purchase their burger special all the time, and so do my coworkers, and the owner said "no." He said, "I never seen you before." My response, "my card is used here all the time. That's on file." I told the other employees at my job, so they could know what took place. Maybe if I were a different shade, it would not have been a problem. I was shocked and not happy about the owner and his employee's customer service. It's a plastic fork, and she had to ask him in Spanish if it was okay to give me a fork at all. He said, "I think one is enough." Wow. I love supporting Black and Latino Business, BUT THIS RESTAURANT, I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT. Then the owner felt bad and tried to offer me another fork while I was walking away,
but I said, "no problem. It's okay." I never would've thought getting a plastic fork on my lunch break would be that difficult. I guess all my money spent in his store doesn't add up to a plastic fork.🤷🏿♀️
