Brooke did a fantastic job informing, advising, and showing me all of the features and options for glasses I could purchase as well as the insurance and warranty. I got there a little after 5 and Brooke took her time explaining everything to me and even stayed till after they close around 6:20 when they close at 6. She said they could be flexible with where I can pick up the glasses since I live halfway between the Waterford and Coventry BJ's and she said I could get them repaired...read full review
