food always good, the atmosphere and people in there got me feeling like I jumped a tax bracket. not quite Mystic CT money, but on the way there. the workers are always polite, which in all seriousness is pretty hard to get working in places that are seen as temporary jobs. recommend the Mac and cheese, Chipotle chicken melt, the green tea....
While the gentleman preparing our food was very gracious, there is absolutely no reason it should take 40 minutes to prepare a lunch order for 2 people. In addition the number of 4 top tables being used by 1 person - who was either reading or doing crossword puzzles was insane. Panera corporate - do better.
I ordered on the mobile app and waited 30 minutes for a half sandwich and soup. I arrived before the lunch hour to avoid a delay, and the service was still slow though few people were in the restaruant when I arrived. The dining area was clean and bright with plenty of seating.
