The male working the register today around 3:30 told me: “I’m going on break,” and fled the scene, leaving 1 employee to take orders and make the coffees and food on her own. She did a great job, but couldn’t avoid the line backing up. I wish I could have tipped her individually. Eventually the other employee on break came back, it’s just weird that he wouldn’t wait.
I stopped in to get to get an iced coffee as a treat and was greeted by Emily. Emily couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She’s the kind of person who would make this my favorite location. I was sad I couldn’t tip her for her customer service and helpful attitude but she definitely deserves it.
I have no issues with this location. The staff is friendly and some even know me by name. They drinks are made perfect 95% and the 5% is normally when they are training someone new and they have no problems fixing it up for me.
This is however a location inside of a Target so they are gonna have issues that you would see in any of these locations operated inside another store including product and staff shortages. But the staff does the best with what they have...
