We started out rough but now that I’m a regular they make my drinks perfect now an it’s great that pretty much the community supports this location and the entire staff knows our name.. Thanks for helping my morning

I’ve ordered coffee a few times from this location and the drink I normally get which is hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso is always made incorrectly. Way too much milk in it. The ratio is always off.

This is the third time over the last two weeks that I get subpar service. This location use to be my second pick in the area. It’s truly disappointing. I will now drive to Norwich, Groton, East Lyme or Mystic. This is what I received when I order a Venti Ice Pumpkin Chai.

This is the first starbucks in the last 4 I've been to on vacation that put the vanilla in my soy vanilla latte ? The staff was friendly and sweet. We even got a free drink that a new barista was learning to make.

How come you guys don’t pay attention to the order ? 4 days in a row you guys keep forgetting the caramel drizzle that I’m paying extra for. Please get your ish together, we pay way too much to mess someone’s order up.. also pay attention to the people standing at the window waiting for there drinks to be handed to them… #
