CASA left me highly disappointed, and I rarely write negative reviews especially for small, family-run businesses but this felt like I was being taken advantage of. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl, no protein, and was still charged extra for guacamole. On top of that, any extra topping is an extra charge, and even something as simple as an extra scoop of corn salsa or sauce costs more. When you’re already paying $15.62 for a bowl, charging extra for a small spoon-sized scoop of corn salsa or beans is unreasonable. The base scoop sizes are tiny, closer to a regular spoon than what you’d expect at this price point. And if you are going to charge extra put it somewhere so the person would know.
What really crossed the line was the pricing. The menu/board clearly listed the bowl at $14.99, but I was charged $15.62. When I questioned it, I was told $14.99 was the “cash discount price,” yet there was no clear sign or mention that card payments would cost more. If card prices are higher, that should be displayed upfront, not explained only after a customer questions the bill. The food itself was ok (6/10) great ambience but the unclear pricing, constant add-on charges, and tiny portions made the whole experience feel misleading. I always try to support small, family businesses, but I would not return here under these practices. I genuinely hope they fix this for future customers. It’s ok to charge what you charge, just be upfront about it, don’t be shady.

Ordered a burrito bowl and had it delivered via Uber Eats. I did not receive any utensils and I was trying to eat burrito bowl and something tasted very off. The lettuce had a very potent and heavy taste of musk, like it was sitting in a basement for a long time. I tried to eat it as it was my only meal of the day but ended up getting sick.

I've now gotten food here three times. Everything is good aside from the rice being undercooked two out of three times. Maybe it's because I go in the evening (usually between 6:30-7:30), but it's still a bummer when it's in an otherwise delicious meal.

My cousin put me on this place and I’ve been there almost everyday since it’s like chipotle but way better.Much cleaner, fresher, and I believe they make everything themselves it’s so good.My favorite is the loaded fries and the amazing Coquito Iced Coffee I don’t even drink coffee but I do now lol.Definitely a must try the owners are very cool people and give great service.

Rude owner . I had to leave eating my meal just move my work truck in a dead spot apparently I was taking up 2 parking spot in a empty parking lot over 10 spaces 😂. Food is not so good tacos was soaked in water the hot sauces that was added on but it's okay . I was just hungry from a long day of work . Thank but no thank never again will I come here .

I had an amazing meal at Casa Grille! I ordered the burrito bowl with honey chicken and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The hibiscus refresher was so light and refreshing, the perfect drink to go with the meal. I finished with the churros, and they were the perfect sweet ending — warm, crispy, and just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Everything was amazing from start to finish! Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
