I go every day @ 5 am. They staff is always nice, even when being overwhelmed by the typical CT Karen's that would complain even it was delivered to them in the bed. The AM crew, hustle, usually with just 2. Sometimes mistakes happen. That's life. My problem is with the behavior of the other customers. If you think being a huge Karen to them is going to make them treat you like Queen Elizabeth, you either don't live in 2025-26, have possess the reasoning traits of a 13 yr, or are just a KAREN.

I ordered a medium, regular, coffee with, 4 caramel, and 4 cream, when I was halfway home I tasted my coffee and it taste like DARK ROAST, so, I turned around and went back to get a remake. They remade my coffee with no problem. Again, when driving I tried my coffee and now it has PUMPKIN in it and not caramel. Like, how many time can one place mess up one order. I just tried calling and no answer, go figure. This place SUCKS!

The drive thru service is seriously lacking, everytime ive order more than a coffee in drive thru the order is incorrect Update: the service has drastically went down. Ordered a hazelnut coffee with sugar and a sausage and cheese on toasted English muffin on the app. Received a regular coffee no sugar and a sausage, double egg and cheese on a croissant . To make it even worse, there was only an egg and a half in the sandwich the other half was kinda plopped on top.
Mine started that way. The young lady at Dunkin made it better.
My order was large. $54 I’m brining staff in donuts and coffee for training day. I’ve already forgot something at home and now not 1 all three of my plastic cards are being declined. Both Buisness cards and my personal. I’m embarrassed and frustrated and keeping my cool by being overly polite and apologizing over and over again for something outside of my control that I don’t think it was my fault.
The young lady behind the counter was pleasant the entire time, she tried my cards at multiple stations and when I finally ran across the street to get cash out of the ATM, she remade my sandwich and had all my stuff ready to go when I got back and offered to help me bring it to the car.
I’m sure it was a system error for the size of my order or a glitch. I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name. She made the experience bearable pleasant and is definitely the VIP of that store. Thank you for not making a hard moment worse.

04/28/24 Workers look at you up and down with contempt and disgust. Rude and absolutely unwelcoming. Guy that prepares the food and coffee pretended not to understand my husband. He just was really unpleasant and kept staring at us when we sat down to drink our coffee. I will be skipping this location from now on.
