So I have to give so much praise to this winery. First off Jeff is absolutely amazing. I reached out to him back in Feburary asking about using the winery to get married in April and Jeff was so easy to talk to and was so easy to make plans with so I had the best day. Second off a huge shoutout to the staff of the winery. I was married on April 13th 2024 and it was rainy, windy, and incredibly cold. They let us get married on their deck and out of the rain no questions asked. I went back today on 4/15 to pick up a bottle of wine because I want to have it to drink on my one year wedding anniversary of a wonderful memory of the beautiful place we got married at. The ladies behind the bar were so kind and helped me pick the best wine to my liking. Thank you so much for giving me a beautiful place to get married and a beautiful place to have created beautiful memories with those I love the most. Thank you again Jeff and crew for making this bride incredibly happy.

Hawk Ridge Winery offers more than just great wine; it's an experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere welcomed us with open arms. The picturesque vineyard setting, coupled with the cozy tasting room, created the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of relaxation and enjoyment. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, guiding us through each tasting with enthusiasm. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful memories created at Hawk Ridge Winery. It's a place we'll definitely be returning to!

My girlfriend and I went there in March. We had the most incredible time, and enjoyed the most delicious wine slushies and even a wine tasting. Everything we had we loved from the food to the wines and beer, and the staff was outstanding. Huge shout out to Jeff, the GM, who seriously made this trip one to remember. Will be back soon!

Just ok. A rainy Tuesday afternoon, should have had the fireplace going, the plastic condiment cups for samples are a mess with taking off the lids.. no real interaction with host behind the counter.. over all, I will pass on this place again.. so many great wineries to choose from .Let me update!! I just met Jeff, lovely, elevated my expectations.. thank you! We will be purchasing 2 bottles!

Not only is the place gorgeous but the wine and food are great too! What makes it truly special is the staff - Amy, Amanda, Maggie, George and Justin always treat us well and you can tell they truly love what they do.

Went wedding dress shopping & wanted to reserve a table a little outside their typical requirements but Jeff at Hawk Ridge was amazing & ensured we had a table!! The wine is also some of the best wine I’ve had at a local winery - would highly recommend checking out this beautiful winery

If I could give more stars I would! My friend and I go here once a month for the slushie of the month, frankly if I lived closer I'd be here more! Amazing wine and beers, food is great but nothing compares to the one of kind outstanding staff members. To name a few Amy, Amanda, Maggie, George and Justin! Outstanding costumer service, fun, funny and just overall wonderful.
The chocolate fondue was a fun touch to the lively atmosphere and great selection of wine. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but we were still served promptly, and there was even live music!

We love this place! We’ve visited with friends, family, for events, and even hosted my own shower here. The wine, food, views, and ambiance are wonderful. They even let you bring your own food which is very convenient. The management could not be easier to work with, and the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. The facility is always clean and kept up, and the winery itself is always trying to keep things exciting and engaging for patrons. Highly recommend for any and all occasions.

November 2023 - Attending this winery for a Jack and Jill dinner on their second floor, this place was new to me but apparently not to many others! The place was packed. Cooler in November, no outside seating was being used on the porch or the back lawn with views of the hills.Great vibe with the high wood ceilings and open space. Food is brought in from vendors. Our event had catered food from Waterbury's D'Amelio's Italian Eatery. What a nice surprise. (see my D'Amelio's review which I will add photos to from this occasion)Living in California and France plus visiting other wine regions like the Finger Lakes in upstate New York, I understand new wineries take awhile to produce something comparable. Only two wines were out for the guests this evening: Hawk's Nest Red Wine and a Hawk's Nest White. The red wine was too sweet. The white was better. There were probably more choices at the bar but we could only sample what our hosts provided.If you're local to this establishment and you want a crowd, this is the place to be. In warmer weather, the adirondack chairs gazing at the long view of the countryside look inviting. Patrons can also bring their own food here.

We had the opportunity to visit Hawk Ridge on a beautiful afternoon. We loved the set up of Adirondack chairs which were comfortable as we took in the view. The wine was enjoyable, we just did not love how the flights were served in plastic cups. It would be nice to have the wine served in small carafes or cups for those who prefer that way.
