This review is specifically for those who book a private event at Hawk Ridge winery and see this vendor on the list of caterers. They do not respond to Facebook messages nor multiple voice mails.
I wouldn’t be leaving this review if they were professional enough to remove themselves off the list of caterers (or respond, because I saw them make Facebook posts but never respond to my message). But since they’re not, I guess a review is the only way to let future customers know that calling this place for catering is a waste of your time.

I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken and blue cheese dressing. I wish they put more eggs in there, there was only 1 egg. The salad was very good. The food was ready for me when I arrived, no wait time. The salad came with a piece of bread. The young lady at the cash register was fast and friendly. The portion was generous and filling.

Food was delicious, Service was horrible. Very obvious that they do not have enough waitstaff. One of the ladies at our table never even got her order and when they finally brought something out to her, it was wrong. Also, better order all your drinks at once because getting any refreshed drinks after your initial drink (which took 30 minutes to get) is a joke. I won't be back. I can waste time waiting elsewhere. The Peppered Pork Loin Panini is amazing (my new fav) - and they even had gluten-free bread available - super nice and accommodating ?

Was very disappointed by the poor customer service tonight. I arrived 8-10min after the latest time I was when placing the order online to give ample time for preparation and had to grab food from somewhere else for others so I planned accordingly. As I entered I noticed 1 lone aluminum togo container on the back counter and Gigi greeted me at the register. I told her I was picking up an online order, gave her my name, she then looked at some slips hanging above the back counter, went to the kitchen for a couple minutes, and was then told it was not ready. I stood waiting for 5 minutes or so as she took a phone order, chatted with a customer who came in and after she went to the kitchen and came back with an order in styrofoam containers she finally looks at that lone order sitting on the back counter, bags it up, and then tells me my order is ready. Very curiously I asked "wasn't that sitting there this whole time?" to which Gigi replied "it may have, i just noticed it". I gave her a couple seconds for any sort of apology for my inconvenience or for oversight which was only filled with silence. I understand mistakes, I can understand missing something while busy and if it had been busy there at that time I can certainly allow the lack of remorse but unfortunately this was just terrible customer service. On a busy Main St with many dinner options I will be sure to instead explore those options more in the future rather than returning.

Four of us dined outside today, and Gigi greeted us with complementary hot cider. We ordered 4 completely different meals, and we each loved our food. The waitress was cheerful and efficient. We will return!
