I get that times are tough, but to over charge a can of off-brand soda is ridiculous.

Today was the fourth consecutive time there was a problem with my order. As usual, they have missing items. By the time they make good with this order several hours go by. We are not eating till order comes and food is cold. There delivery time is way off. When they say 45 minutes it's more like 1 1/2 hours. Today they kept me on hold with open speaker while they were processing another persons order. They read his credit card number outload twice and I heard d the number clearly. The person answering the phone has no memory and can not not understand English very well. Never, never again

It used to be a charming place, not anymore! My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday. We had not been there in a few years. Awful! The waitresses 2 young children were loud and running around the small dining area. We felt like we were in someones living room. Waitress could not understand English. We asked for 2 sodas. She plopped down 2 off-brand CANS of soda, no glass, straw or ice. Waitress disappears. We got up and left. Never got to order. Atmosphere and service were very uninviting.!!

I ordered Eggplant Parmesan dinner it was good but way to much food. Eggplant Parmesan too much sauce. It had delivered eggplant was swimming in the sauce! Enough for 2 or 3 people how much they give you in a order. I love eggplant Parmesan and next time I will ask them just a half of a paddle of sauce I love to taste the eggplant and I prefer not to have the pasta or any sides with it. Maybe a side salad I don't care for the garlic nots or soup

No matter what we order is always delicious! Highly recommend their pizzas, fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmigiana. We always get it delivered and it usually gets here sooner than they say. Food is always hot!!

We got a few simple pies for our party. Not only did they taste horrible but everyone was running to the bathroom promptly after eating it.

I just placed an order and paid $50 for my food. I am beyond disappointed. Not one thing was edible! The chicken cordon bleu was over cooked, the Alfredo sauce had wayyy too much nutmeg in it and ruined the sauce (btw Alfredo is Cream, butter, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese....do not add nutmeg and if you do it's a pinch) I ordered ziti and got angle hair, the garlic bread was burnt and hard as a rock, the soup clearly was BURNT in the bottom of the pot and ruined the WHOLE batch. You can literally taste the burnt throughout it. It tasted like you were eating a cigarette. GROSS! Lastly, I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza and got the Buffalo Chicken. Do you not try the food before packaging it? Do you not check the orders before sending them out? Clearly you do not! Now, if there were 1 or 2 things bad or wrong, I'd let it go and just figure you had a bad day. But to give someone an entirely horrible order is bad business. This is a complete waste of money! I am so disappointed and pissed that I now am out $50 and have no dinner. What is going on at your restaurant that you thought serving this to someone was ok?
