This is the third time we’ve ordered from this location and gotten home only to realize items were missing from our order. Mistakes happen once, but three times is unacceptable.
It’s especially frustrating because this isn’t about forgetting a $1 item — Taco Bell prices aren’t what they used to be, and when you pay for a full meal, you expect to actually receive it. By the time you get home, you’re stuck either going back or just eating the loss.
Please slow down, double-check orders, and respect customers’ money. We want to keep coming back, but the consistency just isn’t there.

Every person going up was greeted with the same message “sorry our system is currently down” now I know it can get busy but imagine wanting a taco and being told you can’t have it it’s the intone in my immediate area and they are losing alot of business I hope it gets better and their system is fixed

If you go here after 6pm forget anything faster than 10 minutes. You'll sit there long enough to consider there butchering a cow in the kitchen and then get a half assed taco in the end for the price of a whole home cooked family meal.
That’s if they’re “system is down” excuse isn’t affecting you.
Once you get your food, half The stuff is forgotten and it takes another 10 minutes to correct it. If you get lucky enough to get your full order, all your ingredients will be piled into one section not the whole taco.
Once evening begins to fall the quality hits rock bottom.

Not impressed by food or service some people should really stay home and away from.others if they are choosing to be so mean and nasty to people. I hate that I can't react the way I should.
Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food was perfect and the restaurant clean. More than that though, while I was there an employee cheerfully helped an elderly couple navigate the kiosk and it was the sweetest thing. Great place to eat.

The quesadilla was horrible, the potatoes didn't have any of the red powder. The only decent thing was the taco I ordered. Their food was so expensive and they can't prepare it well, nor do they have people in the restaurant.
