“Depending on which crew members are working you may or may not get your order correct. My one request is when you order any donut that is frosted, place it in the bag frosted side up. Not difficult to take the extra seconds to do so. Weatogue location needs to step up their customer service efforts.“

My mother and I are fairly accomplished cooks and bakers so are very aware of quality……..we do not eat grocery store pastries….they may be convenient and less expensive but are very poor quality……Kamla makes everything by hand with top quality ingredients the morning that they are sold…..basically, you get what you pay for!!!!!! Top quality ingredients are expensive! You can order online the day before to make sure that you are able to get what you want, they often sell out early. If you want discount store prices, then go to the discount store……Bounom products are EXCEPTIONAL and very much worth the price!!!!! In addition the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!!! “First timer here. The atmosphere was awesome. Sat at the bar and watched motoGP. I ordered the brisket egg rolls and they FAR exceeded my expectations. Crispy crunch, sweet, salty, umami. It hit every taste bud on my tongue. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and it was out of this world good. Perfectly balanced. Not too much bbq sauce, right amount of cheese and a nice crisp bread. The tater tots were perfectly fried and salted. They were so good we didn't even need ketchup. We will for sure be back.“

“Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I'd definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.“

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“I hate to knock this location down a couple stars because the staff and service are fantastic! However, since the renovation the entire ambience of how it feels inside the shop has changed for the worse. Prior to the renovation this shop felt cozy and relaxing to sit down and get your work done, now it feels cold on the inside, also they've removed a bunch of seating, so you'd need to get lucky if you want to sit down and get your work done. I hope they add more seating for the future. However, it looks like this renovation came out as a pro for the employees because they have way more space to work and move around behind the counter than how it was before.“

“Came here 7 am with my father heading to the yard and I gotta say this place is great. It’s a small homy place, I had the cinnamon raisin bagel, with onion chives cream cheese bagel and a powdered jelly donut. The donut we purchased had a fresh and fluffy taste/feel. The bagel was toasted right, and the mocha coffee was tasty as well. A good balance of coffee and sugar!“

“I would not recommend this place at all. The owner was so unprofessional and already had set the tone that she was not going to refund me back on a cake I ordered from her bakery. The cake looked nothing like the image I sent her! The rudeness was so unnecessary. I am completely shocked as an owner how she conducted herself. I even told her yes the cake was beautiful but it was not what I sent her. She told me they can't get always get it to what the customer sends. In all fairness it was not even close to what I wanted as top decorations. She put 3 fresh flowers on the cake. She was dismissive right away. Obviously had already made up her mind about this situation. Basically I was told by her you don't need to use us again. Of course I'm not. I also told her the cake was dry and no flavor, her response was of course it was. She tells me I knew this was going to be a problem from the geico. Who says that to their time customer? I am completely taken by Miriam the owner. I could keep going but at this point she just doesn't care about her customers feelings and making them feel good when ordering a special customized cake for a special day. No heart.“

“I have been to a few HBC locations, but this one is the most disappointing. Their food is still great, though. I LOVE their alt-B, but this location gave me about 1/2 of what I get at the other locations - my sister also was disappointed with hers. Their tortilla soup was very bland (I couldn't finish more than two spoonfuls).
Their bread and pastries are just as good as the other locations. Their staff members are fantastic and they have a lot of seating!

Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetarian sandwich options, sometimes they will have a vegetarian friendly soup.

Parking: There are about 8 parking spots right on Route 4 that are extremely difficult to get into and out of. There is another small parking lot behind the cafe that I recommend using.“

“First time visitor and the customer service was amazing! Totally expected an anonymous mall experience but they were SO nice and even made a special strawberry drink for my daughter. I had the dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was delicious!

“So happy Starbucks is in town! And there is hardly ever a long wait! But I will say they do mess up drinks quite often and aren’t very friendly. Some of the staff are but most are rude and don’t even acknowledge you. Hopefully that changes.“

“This is the only Dunkin' donuts that my boss and I go to almost every morning. They are the only people who get the orders correct and quickly every other Dunkin' donuts around simsbury Avon all those towns suck Canton Dunkin donuts is a place to go if you want something done right“

“Love the pumpkin bread! Mochas are great and made with Ghirardelli chocolate syrup. Customer service is also good. Unfortunate that you have to pay for a cup of water - but I suppose it encourages bringing your own and being nice to our Mother Earth.“

Where most DD throw the food in the microwave for 11 seconds and call it a day, this food was delicious and cared for. The man cooking the food had a great attitude and was helpful and courteous.
