The service manager was not very friendly and she was our waiter, I found out towards the end. She did not gives the correct order and bc we informed her about it she became very unfriendly with our table. I have been going to place well over 15 years and have never been treated this way.

My family and I went here many, many times during my childhood (late 1990s). To this day, this place remains AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! ???? Thanks A.C. Peterson for always being there for us. We hope to keep visiting you for years to come.
Parking: The parking lot is a very awkward slanted lot with a mix of perpendicular and straight spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu!
Wheelchair accessibility: Be careful in the parking lot as it is awkwardly slanted and hilly. Otherwise, you can use the sidewalk right up to the door. Unfortunately, the door *is not* automatic.

Just walked out of this place disappointed after waiting to be attended and it never happened. I waited by the sign stating wait to be assisted by a hostess and despite seeing me standing there, no one ever came over. The food pictures looked great and other reviews were good too. They were super busy on the ice cream section which my kids would've loved after their dinner. I like to eat out with my family and always recommend places that are worth while. Not worth my time nor money.

Breakfast served all day. Good coffee. Reasonable prices. Farm fresh products and crispy fries here. Eating area is a little crowded and can be noisy.

The waitress that took my order wasn't pleasant at all. There was another waitress working that was more helpful. I asked for a receipt, and she didn't know how to retrieve it after cashing me out. I asked the other waitress for her name and forgot it. I'm sure they remember, tho. 1st waitress needs customer service ?

This is my friend's staple dessert spot after dinner during the weekends. It helps because they are open late. Now I take tubs of the hand packed ice cream home for the wifey. Great diner setting for taking your family out. Great quality ice cream.

The ice cream at A.C. Peterson Farms as you remember from your childhood (if you grew up in West Hartford) Tons of flavors of ice cream and they still have the homemade whipped cream for sundaes. Lots of people working and fast service.
