Great ice cream.
Ice cream is rich and creamy, very delicious and worth the price. Staff has always been friendly and the storefront is clean. Portions are very generous as well!
Ice cream is always great. Staff isn’t always friendly though. Work on them social skills kids!
I was yesterday Thursday there but the place was closed, even after seeing his posted schedule saying it should be open. The ice cream is fantastic, top flavor and everything but customer service lack of accurate communication. But they just said had a delivery issue yesterday which is understandable. Again the ice cream is incredible.
So good and not too sweet compared to Ben & Jerry’s or Milkcraft. Also, they keep the line moving very quickly!!
Ice cream is fine, not enough chips in the chocolate chip. the only cone they had available was a cake cone. This is objectively the worst cone.
I personally don't see what all the hype is about for this place. Limited flavor selections, staff act pretty uninviting, and to me the ice cream is just "OK". Overall, I'd say decent, but there are so many other ice cream spots I'd rather frequent. Worth a shot if you've never been though.
Huge portions of delicious ice creams! Plenty of gluten free options.
Ice cream was really good! Lines were long but kept moving. Do not be intimidated by the line! The coconut ice cream with chocolate chip was nice, along with the strawberry ice cream.
Best ice cream of West Hartford for the best price. Ice cream at competing places is 2 times the price, while this ice cream is on the lower end of cost and tastes fresh. There are seasonal flavors here, which are both a blessing and burden, which allows us to try new flavors when we show up.
Restaurantji Recommends
The eggnog is the best, but the price is higher than a pothead. ? They don't take cash and the staff wants big time restaurant tips like 18% for counter service. $120.00 worth of eggnog that I retrieved from the cooler doesn't rate a $21.60 tip when they aren't even carrying out the items.I'm saving the bottles for next year and making my grandmother's recipe ?
Stopped in for ice cream with our two kids. Not only is the cafe - inside and outside seating - very nice, with good service but the ice cream is quite literally the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!
Great taste, the icecream was of a creamy texture, good choices on taste and worth the money paid. One of the best Ice creams I have had in USA.
This is one of my favorite ice cream places! I love that I'm nearby. Ice cream is homemade and their small is like a regular size (2 scoops) for the price of a kiddie! Flavors selection is small but worth trying - all are delicious and fresh. My favorite is the coconut with chocolate chunks or the pumpkin with molasses (seasonal). Soo yummy ?
Their ice cream is really good! A couple icy spots, but excellent flavor, and very dense (not that cheap stuff with air whipped in). Mac n cheese is solid too. Donuts are just ok.
