This dish lends itself to a bit of spice. Can be made without chicken. Grilled chicken and a melange of mushrooms, eggplant zucchini, red peppers and spinach, in a light curry vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Fish Fry
Cumin and panko-dusted fried, Swai. A white fish with a sweet, mild taste and a delicate, flaky texture, served alongside, salt and vinegar fries and a house made horseradish tartar sauce.

This post is overdue. My daughter was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, so eating out is nearly impossible due to her eating restrictions. After one of her appointments, we found Arugula online. They serve Bell and Evan’s chicken (if you know you know) and she was able to have the delicious chicken skewers. Walking around WeHa and my friends and I stopped in for dinner. We sat at the bar and ended up having the best night. The sticky ribs are tender, and the sauce was out of this world. I never had Korean Fried cauliflower but let me tell you that I will have it again. So crispy and flavorful. The calamari is also crispy and delicious. Bao buns were to die for. The Mediteranean sampler/hummus sampler is a must if you like hummus.

One of the best food places in west Hartford. Truly impressed with the chef’s talent. The flatbread was phenomenal- we got the wild mushroom which is drizzled in truffle dressing. An absolute must try, one of the best flatbreads I’ve had. The couscous is a staple and delicious but the prize went to the duck confit and wild mushroom ravioli.
