Atlantic Salmon
Pan roasted, served on roasted potato plank, topped with a mushroom, tomato, artichoke, spinach and chick pea "melange" tossed with a warm sherry shallot vinaigrette and garnished with grilled asparagus.
Israeli Couscous
This dish lends itself to a bit of spice. Can be made without chicken. Grilled chicken and a melange of mushrooms, eggplant zucchini, red peppers and spinach, in a light curry vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Fish Fry
Cumin and panko-dusted fried, Swai. A white fish with a sweet, mild taste and a delicate, flaky texture, served alongside, salt and vinegar fries and a house made horseradish tartar sauce.

Wonderfully cozy and inviting atmosphere with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Food was delicious and menu is extensive (including dessert!). Just moved to area and will certainly become regulars!

**Do not walk past this incredible gem** Every bite I have savored, every interaction with the staff, every moment of comfortable enjoyment, has been nothing short of a rewarding experience.
I value my time. When I choose to spend it at a restaurant and I leave every time with the feeling Arugula gives me, I can do nothing other than sing it's praises and dream of the next time I get to return.
