Went to Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ to get ice cream for the girls—this was our second time here, and once again it was a great experience. Jose provided excellent service. He’s attentive, efficient, and has fantastic customer service skills. The place is clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect treat spot for the whole family. Highly recommended!
On 7/7 i had the worst experience on new britain ave all the coworkers were very rude and disrespectful they were screaming at customers and i was very disappointed i highly recommend they get trained again cause customer service matters and whos ever making the icecream need to give u your money worth and to get told that the drink is going be lesser because i dnt want a lot of ice in my refresher is insane i will be contacting corporate as well u guys gets a 1
Never mind 31 flavors only had 13 if lucky! Hard ice cream was soft serve because freezers weren't working! No lids for the cups of melted ice cream!! Terrible asked for a cone ice cream to be put in cup since so soft and charged for a medium cup ice cream and cone separately!!! Too much should if offered a discount!! Came from out of town just for Baskin robins!!!

So if you want some free money just come sign up and get the job here cuz nobody here is working nothing is going on as far as having to do with getting anything done because none of the machines work they don't feel no orders they close down early to try to get up out of there so with that being said this is the worst Baskin-Robbins probably in the whole state of Connecticut and everybody here need to be fired
Y have uber eats if u never have anything what we order. While having delivery service u should be stocked up for delivery or learn how to cancel an order

Me and my partner arrived at the location with our newborn so parking is obviously important safety wise. It wasn't the best entrance but exit was fine. Customer service absolutely unacceptable. I don't know if it was lack of employees or lack of management but it definitely use an adjustment. There was a delay in service, and a delay trying to pay. Almost put it down and walked out out.
Overall experience with this Baskin Robbins is 2/10. I wouldn’t recommend. They’re out of primary flavors that consist of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry consistently through the week. With low grade customer service that I would rate a 4/10.
Horrible experience. I drive for DoorDash. I stopped to pick up an order. The store was busy. There were two girls working on customers orders and the manager was doing inventory. They did not have my customer flavor so I tried to contact a customer when I tried speaking to One of the workers. The manager turned around and told me that she’s busy making food so I said well, don’t stop to help Your employees why you got a long line of people waiting. Another DoorDash came in and was also told they did not have the flavors he wanted. Meanwhile, the manager took her inventory sheet and walked in the back and left her employees out.. I will never do business for this store again nor will I take any DoorDash orders.

These people are scam artists. Sold my elderly dad a very small ice cream cake for $60. I warn everybody to not come here. No wonder baskin robins is going out of business. Shame on them
Brianna and Shanoa were amazing. Handled an unexpected line of choir kids after their night concert that wrapped around the dining area about an hour before closing. They handled it with ease, patience, and professionalism. Well Done!

Ordered online and drove ten minutes to get to the store. Stood there for 10 minutes and didn’t get any help. Turns out the worker there decided to just chat with his friends in the Dunkin Side and completely abandon doing his job.

Very disappointing. Only 12 flavors are available, no low calorie, no sugary free, no frozen yogourt, nor sherbert options. The pre-made fridge is broken.
