My family absolutely loves this place! The food is always excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. I recently had an issue with a cancelled Uber Eats order, and while Uber Eats was no help at all, Danny from the store went above and beyond to resolve it for me. He was so helpful and kind! We’ll definitely keep coming back — my whole family loves Birdcode, and we even order from them at work. Everyone raves about it!

So, usually love this place, ordered on the app, food took an hour, cold, one drink spilled on the rest of the food. Fries were dead, chicken was ok. Not sure i can blame the place, more the delivery. Cost me a lot, i work hard, just wanted a good meal. Wanted it to be great, usually is, i blame doordash.

Spiced and seasoned just right, recommendation by staff was perfect for right amount of spice!! Come back sauce is no joke and ranch was one of the best I've ever had!! Will definitely be back!!

Great customer service and loved the building. Employees did a great job helping me out as it was my first visit and were extremely friendly. Good indoor seating and easy parking. Got hot and medium tenders. The hot chicken was the hottest food I've had that actually still tastes good. Usually places make things hot as just a gimmick but this place seems to care a bit more. Also those were the best crinkle cut fries I've ever had just wish they served milk shakes. Drove over an hour out to get this place and it was worth it

This is one of my husband's favorite places to eat. The best chicken in the state. The beers and drinks are amazing. They have local soda and I would recommend the fiddlehead if you are getting the draught beer.
