Went to Bonchon for dinner earlier this week and was pleased with my experience. The food was fresh, hot and also very flavorful. On top of that our server Ari , was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. We will be coming back and recommending this place to other people.

Absolutely terrible food and customer service. Over a $80 order and the food was cold. The manager was super rude and did not even attempt to make it right. Used the excuse that they were too busy and didn’t want to lose money by remaking the orders. Will never go back.

Very friendly staff, large, clean restaurant and food was quick, fresh and delicious! Highly recommend the pork belly Kimchi fried rice (flavorful and perfectly cooked rice) and, obviously, the soy garlic fried chicken drumsticks.

It was my first time dining in yesterday and was helped by the host, Julian, and my server Shelly. My server was attentive despite the busy night. I ordered the bulgogi bibimbap and the yangyeom wings. Both items were excellent and I look forward to ordering from Bonchon again.

I had an amazing night at Bonchon! Walked in and was nicely greeted by the hostess’. My server Angela was wonderful. She was very helpful on food selection and other information and was able to attend to us even on a busy night making sure we were all set and good. Food came out amazing🤤 I got the pork cheese katsu and it was the best katsu I’ve had in CT. I recommend coming in and dining here at this location, will be coming back a lot.

I ordered online and came in for pickup for the first time. When I entered the staff was not attentive and were engaging with each other instead of acknowledging customers. When I gave my order name I was simply told it wasn’t ready yet with no explanation or estimated wait time. There was no communication or basic customer service.This experience was very disappointing and not what I expect from any food place. I hope management addresses this so customers are treated more professionally going forward

My son, because Dia the mother, ordered a chicken combo with wings that includes 3 side, paid more than $100 for this, which is actually a mockery for the client.
As seen in the photo, it is the size of the sides that do not reach 3 people, the idea was not to cook but nevertheless I had to cook when I saw the sample of food that they gave us for more than 100$ we will never buy anything from this place again.
The wings and the super-salty chicken sum up the ugly food.

Came here on Mother’s Day around 5:00 PM, walked in and the hostess with a braided long pony tail was extremely rude, literally rolling her eyes at a mother on Mother’s Day and had so much attitude. Honestly don’t even show up to a job if you are in that kind of mood and cannot deal with customers on a day like this. The hostess with the middle part was nice and accommodating to our needs, but the girl with the braided pony tail straight up rolled her eyes and just walked away from us when we were talking to her, extremely disrespectful.

On top of the incredibly rude hostess, our server, a girl with a bun and tattoos was just not present what so ever. The only words that were spoken to us were at the beginning when she asked what we would like to order. When she was dropping off food no words at all, just slide the plates on the table and move on. There was no “enjoy”, “how’s everything”, nothing. I never even had my water refilled once in the entire time we were eating there. It was busy so I understand the 15 minutes it took to get us water, but normally a waitress comes first to bring drinks and then comes back later for the order. This waitress did not introduce herself at all, came to us after 15 minutes, and just asked us what we would like to order. On top of everything, she did not even have a paper or anything to take our order down, which goes to show in the fact that we never received our appetizer we ordered. I asked to see the bill and the appetizer was not on the bill, meaning she had completely forgotten to tell the kitchen. She had even come back to our table several times to clarify things that we ordered. You would think that we had no waitress at all and just a food runner the way our customer service went.

I definitely will not be eating here in the future and don’t recommend it to anyone else, we were regulars at the place and even would dine in with large groups of people so this is unfortunate, but the customer service we received today, especially on Mother’s Day, was unacceptable.

This was my first time ever trying Bonchon. I heard such amazing things and wanted to try it so bad. I ordered for me and my girls for a early mothers day gift from them. Well I spent 25 on the bulgogi with rice. Which we only got the rice when it showed up. Very disappointing. We ordered bulgogi fries which came. We all shared that with the rice, the amazing corn dog, kimchi and cucumber salad. But for 84 bucks total for delivery everything should have been in the order especially the most expensive part of the order. I don't think we will be back. It was definitely a miss on this one 😞
