The only critique we would offer is that we did the pricier “Experience” menu, and it was worth it, but the food started coming at us pretty fast, started to pile up. Recommend a little more coordination between waitstaff and kitchen to avoid the traffic jam.

I recently dined at Boqueria West Hartford and overall had a great experience. The food was excellent and I truly enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, the issue came at the end when it was time to pay the bill.
For larger parties, I would have appreciated a better explanation of the billing process upfront. The platform used to split the bill was confusing, included an additional fee, and we ultimately had to figure out how to divide everything amongst ourselves.
What made the experience more frustrating was that when the owner or manager approached us, the interaction felt rude and condescending rather than helpful. We eventually figured everything out, but it took away from what had otherwise been a great dinner experience.
My suggestion would be to explain the billing process to larger tables at the beginning to avoid confusion and create a smoother experience for guests in the future.

Visited this place for a exec team meeting and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked for a professional gathering. The ambiance was excellent, creating a comfortable and productive environment.
We had the opportunity to try a wide variety of dishes from their experience menu, and everything was grrat. The selections appeared to be thoughtfully curated, and we loved the overall dining experience.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit.
The only downside was the waiting time, which was longer than expected. Aside from that, it was a great experience.
