Worst experience at a chick fila ever. Took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, when they finally did I told them I had a mobile order for just a drink. Then I was told a few minutes no biggy. 3-4 customers ordered and were served food and drinks , well after I arrived. Then when I finally got my drink, they didn’t put the Splenda in it. Certainly will go out of my way to another location next time
Bad experience. 2 Chicken sandwiches were forgotten in our drive thru order. Drove all the way home, then drove all the way back and when got there had receipt reviewed and the chicken sandwiches replaced with a flippant drop of the bag on the counter and dismissive walkaway by the EE. Total letdown.
