Used the app for takeout. Easy ordering, quick pickup. Salads were good, but a little difficult to eat out of the bowl. Better to dump it into a larger bowl at home.

Ordered for the first time on Doordash. They left the chicken off the crispy chicken salad. Definitely order in person so you can watch them and have the order fixed in the moment

Really disappointed with the quality of our food. The wraps appear to be grilled in the photos but aren't. Ours were mostly lettuce and some of the ingredients were missing from one of them. They were fresh but a bit bland and boring and, as others have mentioned, very overpriced. They weren't packed well, either, making them difficult to eat.

*EDIT:It was hearts of palm -not artichokes. And if it wasn’t canned chicken I have no idea what it was but it was really awful.This was the worst salad I had in a long time. If you are going to call yourself chopt, you should at least know how to make a salad. At least have fresh ingredients. This was 12 steps down from a Chipotle. The artichokes were canned and disgusting, the chicken was canned and disgusting. We called to ask if the falafel and tofu were fried or baked and they couldn’t answer us. But they did tell us that everything comes pre-preparedJust totally gross.

CHOPT is amazing! Really beats Panera in my opinion when it comes to salads! The wraps are amazing and the different type of dressings makes your taste buds go wild! Love it here!
