I’m a regular customer at Chick-Fil-la, the West Hartford Bishop Corner location. These are my favorites, the southwest salad, chicken and biscuits breakfast and the new chicken and waffles sandwich. Also, the atmosphere here is amazing. I will like to thank Omari, Treanna and the owner Melissa for their excellent service.
It was quite a pleasure to go in. It was very calming relaxing and it was overall a pleasant time.
Quahron was our server, and he was PHENOMENAL! We were indecisive and took a while to figure out our order, but he couldn’t have been nicer. His smile, good energy and kind demeanor made this a great experience. KEEP HIM! He’s awesome!

The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful employees who ensure orders are accurate and guests feel appreciated. During a recent visit, the food, including the chicken burger, waffle fries, and mac and cheese, was great, and the overall experience was highly positive. The atmosphere is enjoyable, though the floor could be cleaner to prevent slipping hazards. The restaurant is new and well-run, making it a highly recommended place for families and anyone looking for good food and friendly service.
