I'm so confused about the hours of this store. I've tried 9:45 am on a Tuesday, closed. 8 am on a Friday, closed. There was previously a sign on the door with hours posted, telling me it should be open, and it's closed. Now even the sign is gone. Can someone who owns this business please update the real opening hours?
Been closed for over 2months yet says open
Why is it closed when Google Maps says it’s open?
I drove here from New Britain, stated on Google and website that store hours open at 7am Clearly FALSE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR GAS. PLACE IS DARK AND DOORS ARE LOCKED AND IS CLOSED. It is 7:30am
The donuts just don't look good. Had the French toast and the cannoli donuts and loved them. Fresh and tasty.
This is solely based on a TooGoodToGo order. Arrived during the pick up time, open sign still illuminated but nobody around and doors locked. If you sell out you should cancel the orders so people don't waste time/ gas coming to pick them up and the store is closed.
Doughnuts are stale, do yourself a favor and get a breakfast sandwich
Save your money, the donuts I got were hard and stale. You’d probably have a better luck getting a fresh batch at Dunkin’ Donuts for a fraction of a price.
This place lacks consistency or the ability to listen. Through the app or dine in or whatever, their coffee is always differently made even though I always order the same very simple thing. They either make it wrong or ignore what I asked for and give me something random. They never clean the dine-in area. The tables are always dirty and the random pillows they have are disgusting covered in frosting. I'm tired of giving this place a chance. Shame.

If you want gourmet donuts, this is the place to go. A few locations in CT. The maple bacon is out of this world. There are so many to choose from. Definitely stop by if you are near one. You will thank me afterward.

The donuts are absolutely delicious. We prefer to sit outside here because the interior is a bit cramped. Staff is patient and kind to our children every time we visit.

If i am paying that much for a donut i would at least expect it to be fresher than a Dunkin donut. I get the feeling these were hanging out for a while. Taste not even on par with

With ONE person ahead of me, the service was in absolute chaos. The girl at the register was dismissive at best. It appeared a new kid was working with her, she refused to actually help him and just confused him more. He tried very hard and to make it right, he had no idea what to do. He apologized several times to several people, including myself. The girl at the register kept taking peoples orders behind me instead of asking if I wanted donuts… which I did. I had to interrupt her “process” so I could get donuts. Now to my coffee. The young boy tried his best after she basically scolded him for grabbing an iced coffee cup. The Latte was basically milk with coffee poured in. I’m baffled at how terrible this experience was. And I am out the money for the coffee. The girl at the register needs training and supervision.

Wide variety and very unique donuts, but honestly, they aren't anything to talk about. Rather a bit average, but my coffee addiction father enjoyed their coffee, so they have that going for them!
